At Otherside Edge Coaching Solutions, we prioritise the needs of both the individual participant and the organisation as a whole when designing & delivering our coaching, supervision, training, facilitation,  behavioural profiling and consulting services.

We meet individuals & organisations where they are at, and take into account the level of experience, knowledge, skill & attitudes  of each participant, calibrating our programs & services accordingly. Yes we have specific universal options, such as leadership & team fundamentals,  but we also pride ourselves in delivering custom made services that are responsive & effective

Our aim is to provide a highly personalised learning & growth experience that has enormous positive impact and most importantly,  is sustainable.
